The app is free, but standard data costs will apply with your cell phone provider. You can limit data usage costs by accessing free wifi in places like the Dayton Metro Library.

We only store the minimum amount of data in order to enable messaging and appointment reminders. Your data is encrypted and stored on a secure server to ensure that it is protected.

Your health data is protected by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and 42 CFR Part 2 and will not be released to anyone outside of OneFifteen and our business associates without your express written consent. Only the minimum necessary data needed to provide you with a service will be used.

At OneFifteen, we want to provide you with the tools and technology you need to be successful.
