What is OneFifteen?

OneFifteen is a not-for-profit ecosystem dedicated to the full and sustained recovery of people experiencing opioid addiction and other substance use disorders. It includes two organizations: OneFifteen Health, which manages treatment and care of patients in recovery through a partnership with our clinical provider, and OneFifteen Recovery, which supports our clinical partner and coordinates community-based wraparound services to support patients as they transition back to everyday life. Clinical services at OneFifteen are provided by our operating partners Samaritan Behavioral Health, Inc. and RI International.

Where is the OneFifteen campus located?

Our Outpatient Clinic is located at 257 Hopeland Street, Dayton, OH 45417, and our Crisis Stabilization Unit is located on the first floor of Kindred Hospital Dayton at 707 S Edwin C Moses Blvd., Dayton, OH 45417.

How can I enroll in OneFifteen for treatment or refer my friend, family member, or patient to your services?

If you or someone you know needs treatment now, OneFifteen is currently enrolling patients.

Enrollment support is available M-F 8am-5pm at 937-535-5115.

What forms of insurance do you accept?

Our operating partner, Samaritan Behavioral Health, currently accepts Medicaid, managed care plans, including CareSource, Molina, Buckeye Community, UnitedHealthcare Medicaid, and Paramount Advantage, and some forms of private insurance. They are able to provide services for some individuals who do not have health insurance.
